Step 3:

From the free end of the tiger tail place a new crimp about 2.5cm from the crimp in step 2. Make sure it is pressed as flat as possible without splitting.

Step 4:

Place a spacer, followed by your bead of choice, another spacer onto the tiger tail. Make sure it is right up against the crimp in step 3.

Step 5:

Take another crimp and place it on the end of the last spacer. Flatten using the crimping pliers. To ensure this has been done correctly, neither the crimps, spacers nor beads should be movable.

Step 6:

Measure about 3.5cm from the last crimp in step 5, repeat steps 2 to 5 until you have about 4.5cm of tiger tail left.

Step 7:

Place a crimp onto the tiger tail and loop the tiger tail through a jump ring. Feed the free end of the tiger tail into the crimp and flatten. Open the jump ring, loop onto the loop of the lobster clasp, close the jump ring again.

Bend a jump ring open by placing the round nose pliers inside the ring and slowly and gently opening the pliers. Bend a jump ring closed by gently closing the flat nose pliers around the jump ring from the outer side.
