These beaded critters are great fun to make, and will surely impress!

Step by step guide for making a frog.

You will need:

·         Wire (approximately 60cm)

·         Jump ring

·         Green seed beads

·         Yellow seed beads

·         2  slightly larger black seed beads

·         Wire cutters

Step 1:

Center your jump ring onto your wire. 

 One end of your wire will be called wire A, the opposite end will be called wire B.

Feed 1 green seed bead onto wire A. Now feed wire B back through the seed bead. Gently pull tight.

Step 2:

Now, you need to add 2 green beads onto wire A, followed by one black bead. Take wire A and feed it

through the green beads only.

Gently pull tight, repeat for wire B.

Gently pull both wire A & B tight to ensure that the beads fit snugly together.

Step 3:

Feed 5 green beads onto wire A. Feed wire B through the beads from the other end. This is how

you make the rows. Proceed with the following rows:

Row 3: 2 green beads

Row 4: 5 green beads

Step 4:

Now, its time to make the legs:

Add 4 green beads, followed by 3 yellow beads onto wire A. Feed wire A back

 through the green beads only.

Gently pull wire to tighten, repeat for wire B.

Step 5:

To make the body you add the following rows:

Row 5: 5 green beads

Row 6: 6 green beads

Row 7: 7 green beads

Row 8: 6 green beads

Step 6:

Now, you need to make the legs as follows:

Feed 9 green beads, followed by 3 yellow beads onto wire A. Repeat for wire B.

 Gently pull tight.

Step 7:

Feed wire A back through the same green bead. Repeat for wire B.

This is done to secure your beads.

Step 8:

Cut off the extended pieces of the wire.

Step 9:

Enjoy using your beaded creature as a handbag charm, on your key ring or even as a cell phone charm.
