Learn how to use crimps correctly and easily.

For this you’ll need tigertail, crimp, crimping pliers, jump ring.

Step 1:

Use a scrap piece of tigertail. Place your crimp onto the tigertail.

Step 2:

Loop the tigertail through a jump ring and back into the crimp.

Step 3:

Push the crimp upwards, making the loop smaller. Take care not to push it onto the jump ring.

Step 4:

Squeeze the crimp using the second portion of your pliers.

Step 5:

Now, turn the crimp bead on its side, and this time use the first portion of the pliers to squeeze the crimp.
