Learn how to make this simple wrapped loop.

 

 

For this you will need head pin, bead, round nose pliers, flat nose pliers.

Step 1:

 

Place a bead onto your head pin. If the bead slides off the end use a hollow bead as a stopper. Cut with wire cutters to approximately 2cm above the bead.

Step 2:

 

Use your round nose pliers to bend your head pin to one side.

Step 3:

 

Again, use your round nose pliers to bend the wire to the other side, creating a “C” shape.

Step 4:

 

Loop the wire so that part of the head pin overlaps.

Step 5:

 

Use your flat nose pliers to hold the looped part of your head pin steady. Use the round nose pliers and twist the head pin around itself.

Step 6:

 

Repeat the above step to create a double twist.

Tip:

 

Using the flat nose pliers to hold the head pin steady makes it easier to work with.  Practice, Practice, Practice!!!
