Learn how to make this simple wrapped loop.
For this you will need head pin, bead, round nose pliers, flat nose pliers.
Step 1:
Place a bead onto your head pin. If the bead slides off the end use a hollow bead as a stopper. Cut with wire cutters to approximately 2cm above the bead.
Step 2:
Use your round nose pliers to bend your head pin to one side.
Step 3:
Again, use your round nose pliers to bend the wire to the other side, creating a C shape.
Step 4:
Loop the wire so that part of the head pin overlaps.
Step 5:
Use your flat nose pliers to hold the looped part of your head pin steady. Use the round nose pliers and twist the head pin around itself.
Step 6:
Repeat the above step to create a double twist.
Tip:
Using the flat nose pliers to hold the head pin steady makes it easier to work with. Practice, Practice, Practice!!! |
